Exhibition talk
Wednesday, March 19 at 6:30 p.m.
The artists who are part of the “Gatzara!” exhibition will talk to us about their works and all the themes surrounding this year’s Dona’t cycle. A good opportunity to learn about their creative process and to share and reflect together.
This is my favourite part of a group exhibition because I’ve had time to make up stories about people’s art and I like to hear what the original intention was, also I love hearing what people make of my art.
Women’s Cycle
aDONA’t is a participatory feminist cycle rooted in the Coll neighbourhood that celebrates its 19th edition this year. This year’s Adona’t cycle focuses on enjoyment, in all its forms, as an act of freedom and collective exploration. We want to dedicate it to pleasure, to learning to live it without limits, as a way of living more freely. We propose to make enjoyment a safe space, where we can rediscover the body and relationships from a well-being perspective, sharing and creating new ways of living.
Pleasure is presented here as a space of resistance, which challenges norms and allows autonomy in our way of feeling, wanting and existing. This year, we want to invite you to build together a life where desire and enjoyment are the protagonists, and where the world expands a little more every day.
