Description
This pointillist oil painting tells us a story about climate change. Women, with female children, with the painting’s title, The End, written in the sand. There’s a story behind the production of this painting too, which you can read on my blog. I managed to take some photos during the different stages, of its creation – it takes a bit of discipline to remember to get the camera out when I’m deep in the creative process. I was making this painting anyway, while at the back of mind I was responding to a themed exhibition about climate change.
This painting comes rolled in a tube and will need a stretcher made for it – or not, it could be nailed straight to the wall.
